Dr. Moosa is Director at SouthSouthNorth, Cape Town, where she oversees research on climate and development in Africa. She is also CEO of the Climate & Development Knowledge Network. She has extensive experience in climate finance and sustainable infrastructure management and was manager of South Africa’s National Strategy for Sustainable Development. Her PhD is in chemical engineering.
