Chris is GIF’s General Counsel. Before joining GIF, he worked at Mirova UK Limited where he was Managing Director and Associate General Counsel responsible for investment fund structuring, execution and portfolio management. Chris has over 20 years' experience in development and impact finance in emerging markets, having worked in this field for a number of leading international law firms and in-house with FMO, BII, EBRD and various impact investors, playing a key role in structuring investment funds, leading downstream transactions as well as investor relationships and fundraisings. He is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales
