GIF Independent Evaluation: Request for Proposals.

As the Global Innovation Fund prepares for the next iteration of its strategy, FCDO has commissioned an independent evaluation.

This exercise will include an analysis of outcomes and results achieved to date, as well as challenges, strengths, and weaknesses of GIF’s approach since inception.

GIF is requesting proposal bids to perform the Independent Evaluation as detailed in the Terms of Reference.

• Submissions must be made to [email protected] by 23:59 BST on 6 June 2023 with the header “GIF Independent Evaluation Proposal”

• Format – the RFP should be submitted in PDF format with a maximum file size of 8MB. It should be a maximum of 20 pages (excluding appendices and CVs).

A: "No, it is no longer a requirement to travel to the GIF office in London. We welcome in-person, hybrid or virtual meetings with the selected team."
