GIF Independent Evaluation – Request for Proposals

As the Global Innovation Fund evolves in its maturity and prepares for the next iteration of its strategy, the Board has commissioned an independent formative evaluation.

This exercise will include an analysis of outcomes and results achieved to date, as well as challenges, strengths and weaknesses of GIF’s approach since inception.

GIF is requesting proposal bids to perform the Independent Evaluation as detailed in the Terms of Reference.

• Submissions must be made to ie@globalinnovation.fund by midnight UK time 16th November 2018 with the header “GIF Independent Evaluation Proposal”

• Format – the RFP should be submitted in PDF format with a maximum file size of 8MB. It should be a maximum of 20 pages (excluding appendices and CVs).

• The RFP should follow the same section format as the marking guide;

o Firm’s expertise, contextual understanding and track record
o Proposed technical approach and methodology
o Proposed personnel
o Budget
